Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then email you with the address to send your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be carried out.

Return Shipping of Prints

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over €30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you return a giclee print and the print never arrives with us, then we cannot offer a refund.

If you are returning an undamaged print because you are unsatisfied with the product we cannot then refund you if the product arrives back with us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost of print from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance when returning products.

Delivery of Original Paintings

Please get in touch if you are interested in any of the original paintings.

Collection of artwork is usually the safest method of exchanging artwork but this is not always an option.

If the customer chooses to have the artwork delivered by courier they must decide if they want to insure the painting.. Once the delivery method is decided I will securely package and post the drawing however the customer must take full responsibility for the state in which the picture arrives. If there is damage to the painting then this can be taken up with the courier service provided the customer has chosen to insure the parcel.
